Burnt Garlic

I was at the resteraunt supply store the other day, and they had like 3 classes of pots. They had some cheap pots,  1 gallon pots, for like $20, and then a higher class, and then they had All-Clad.  The all clads were like $100 - $200. My question, Is there a huge difference between the pots?

Are the all-clads worth it?

I have been looking at the the Shun, but want to get some more peoples opinion.
